Estate Planning for the Family

The heart of my law practice is estate planning. I am particularly interested in helping families and small business owners with their planning and legal needs. In addition to wills, trusts and estate planning, I also assist business clients with corporate and business law matters.

My office is on Woodstock Street, just off of Alpharetta Highway and one-mile south of Holcomb Bridge Road, in the Historic District of Roswell. (See Directions link for a detailed map.) I moved to this office in October, 2001. The office was previously located on Canton Street from 1992 until the move in 2001.

Since 1996 I have been the legal columnist for The North Georgia Star, a monthly newspaper distributed throughout North Georgia. The articles on this site are drawn from those columns. Since January, 2003 I have been doing a monthly eNewsletter to anyone who requests a copy. If you are interested, click here for a direct link to my e-mail address.
